- The current Employee Lifecycle tool is a process rating organisational performance across key employee-related business areas. It is currently administered using an Excel spreadsheet.
- Migrate the toolkit online, to allow consultants to assess their clients more efficiently, and give Employee Matters greater insight into how its HR Diagnostic Platform is used.
- Management, consultant and client interface with online tools and scoring methodology to enable:
- Employee Matters administrator to create/edit/remove consultant accounts.
- Consultant to log-in and see a list of clients, and assessments for clients.
- Consultants to customise and create a master assessment template.
- The consultant to create a new assessment for an existing client
- Consultants to administer the assessment.
- Individual assessment summaries, including in-progress reports.
